• My experience has been an encouraging one, I have been well cultured and trained in handling several situations in the cause of my years in medical Laboratory practice. I have been well taught the basic principles and professional ways of handling patients in terms of relationship, interaction, listening and in discharge of my duties. I analyze human blood and body fluids for various Biochemical investigations, Supervising Medical Laboratory Technicians and handling of results. I also analyze all human samples for Microbiological and Hematological/ Serological investigations. Responsible for all Microbiological investigations and Hematological/ Blood banking services. Responsible for blood sampling in paediatric patients, issuing of results and record keeping. My interpersonal relationship with staffs has greatly been improved. I am much better with experience in the cause of my practice than when I wasn't having any experience. Am able to work with little or no Supervision, I can work Under Pressure, and still have standard and Good result. I can Operate both automated and semi-automated Laboratory equipments and Machines. I have good Communication Skills and excellent interpersonal relationship between employees and employers with good team work. I can also work independently and even in a less conducive environment.
