- As an IT student working in the account Department, my responsibility was so numerous but few to mention. 1. I ensured all the incoming funds is been recorded. Also, the outgoing funds called out flow is recorded and send to the appropriate area for record purposes . Furthermore, I am given a task of ensuring all inflow and outflow of every fund collected is been typed and recorded in the system for the seek of future purposes. In there same vein, I given a responsibility for disbursing petty cash with small amount of fund keep in my coustody for the day to day usage of the fund in the organization. In some aspect, I given the privilege to work outside the office environment by ensuring I act as a sub supervisor, that's allocating job for workers like: block moulders, plumbers, mason, electricians, gardeners etc.
