Position : Marketer / Field Officer - Fct
We are looking for a Marketer / Field Officer.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Submit daily marketing reports to the manager.
- Meet monthly sales target
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects in the industry.
- Prepare and submit reports on market feedback, customer needs, and sales performance
- Stay up-to-date with new ways to market and promote.
- Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget, and timelines
Required profile for job ad : Marketer / Field Officer - Fct
- Must convert at least 25% of the target sales.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the Financial industry
- Expertise in market research and statistical analysis.
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
- Ability to provide creative direction and feedback.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• 5 years work experience In Marketing
• Must be fluent in English speaking and Hausa
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
