Position : Live Streaming Operators - Lagos
We are looking for people who want to join our Agency as Live Streaming Operators.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Setup: Setting up and configuring live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and encoding devices.
- Software Operation: Using live streaming software to control the stream, manage inputs, and monitor quality.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the stream, such as audio or video quality problems.
- Content Acquisition: Gathering and preparing content for the live stream, which may include interviews, presentations, or live events.
- Content Scheduling: Planning and scheduling the live stream to ensure it aligns with the desired audience and time zone.
- Content Moderation: Monitoring the live stream for inappropriate content and taking appropriate action, such as removing comments or muting users.
- Chat Moderation: Managing the live chat to ensure a positive and engaging experience for viewers.
- Audience Interaction: Encouraging viewer interaction through polls, Q&A sessions, or other engagement tools.
- Feedback Analysis: Gathering and analyzing viewer feedback to improve future live streams.
