Position : Marketer / Field Officer - Fct

We are looking for a Marketer / Field Officer.
Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Submit daily marketing reports to the manager.
  • Meet monthly sales target
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects in the industry.
  • Prepare and submit reports on market feedback, customer needs, and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with new ways to market and promote.
  • Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget, and timelines

Required profile for job ad : Marketer / Field Officer - Fct

  • Must convert at least 25% of the target sales.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial industry
  • Expertise in market research and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
  • Ability to provide creative direction and feedback.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• 5 years work experience In Marketing
• Must be fluent in English speaking and Hausa
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
